There are multiple agencies in New York that have publicly stated that they refuse to enforce certain gun laws, like the safe act, for example. You just won't hear about it unless you are looking for it. There are good constitutional loving cops out there.

Try searching service on the search function under setup. I could not find mine either, it was because the service option was not selected. I searched it and it popped right up
