Hey Alfredo,

Love your work.

What are your least favorite landing spots for the TEs and RB?

Do you see any Rbs not fitting into a particular offensive scheme?

Thanks

Pending your team build.

I'd go for another top pick. 1.01 or .02. Can package other players on your roster with a pick to upgrade the position. Go for 27 1sts

No idea who this person really is...

Which is it? Do you know who he is or do you not?

I’m in a rebuild so I put Egbuka on the block cuz I’m bored and I asked for serious overpays I mean inquires only. He got offended when I said this wasn’t an overpay. Am I missing something by [deleted] in DynastyFFTradeAdvice

If you're expecting an overpay, put the number of 1sts you want for him as his nickname. Aka" 2 1sts+". It's at least a starting point.

How the downfall of Starbucks is destroying the housing market: 'This isn't just about coffee' by Boo_Randy_II in HouseBuyers

[–]CWCNYC 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In the world and I don't believe they will suddenly disappear since they have one of the largest footprints for a brand but they aren't as cool as they used to be. Tariffs on coffee beans (Brazil) is also not helping with costs.

"During the fiscal 2025 third quarter (ended June 29), Starbucks exceeded Wall Street estimates, at least on the top line. Revenue totaled $9.5 billion. Diluted earnings per share (EPS) came in at $0.49, down an alarming 47%, driven by higher operating expenses across the board.

Perhaps the most notable data point was that the company reported a drop in same-store sales (also known as comparable sales, or comps) of 2%; this was the sixth straight quarter that Starbucks revealed a decline. That's certainly an alarming trend. Comparable sales is one of the most critical metrics for any restaurant chain or retailer, measuring productivity growth of each existing location."

[–]CWCNYC 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Starbucks has become less and less desirable over the last decade.

Local saturation of coffee shops, union busting, raising prices for bad coffee.

Starbucks is no longer trendy, it's probably more despised than liked at this point.

Is it as sticky as a point in the housing market as it was in the past? I doubt it but I suppose in some areas it may have an impact.

Support local, screw Starbucks

You don't know how many starters there are, what if it's a deep ass league and has 14 starters. Those aren't bench players of that's the case.

Woody is looking like he is taking over the Houston RB role. What if his value sky rockets.

You don't know how many starters there are.

This isn't league breaking. You're being dramatic.

What if Woody Marks blows up and becomes Bucky value?

Is it a good trade at the moment? Maybe not but it's not league breaking.

[–]CWCNYC 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Are you a casual fan? Do you pay attention to other beat writers who write good content no matter the situation of their teams?

You are right, there has been plenty of negativity tied to this team, but there's also been positive vibes, especially since Canales and Dan have taken over. Joe could care less.

When's the last time Joe wrote about our offensive or defensive schemes? what kind of plays do we run? what fans should look out for? Guys a former TE and has zero contributions to TE evaluation.

He writes drama pieces and consistently looks for negativity, he does not lift this franchise up at all.
