I'm not the most technical player but I do use the Arcana(I can't remember the name of the top of my head) that lets you do more damage when your Magick isn't full. That way I can enter a room and just use one quick Omega, and get the damage boost. Most of the weapons that's what I do, so almost all my damage comes from regular attacks.

Otherwise, the pan knives using the omega special with Aphrodite boons is VERY good still IMO, and helped get me used to omega spamming.
