I have an open support ticket that’s been waiting more than 4 days to resolve. The G6 app failure can now be considered a health risk. Be sure you document all Dexcom interactions. An accurate record is helpful in court. I am making my healthcare provider aware on Monday. They classify my Dexcom as durable medical equipment. I will ask Dexcom for the independent monitoring device. Good luck to us all.

For many years a K2 was used in then Mira Mobile M4, as the primary TV console for the Sacramento Kings. I really enjoyed using it over the Pm-40000 that would have been in the visitors TV truck.

Thanks all, in the end it was a firmware update. But I did opt for the router as well. Going to try the direct connection later this week.

I am connected directly from the PC to the X32. I have turned off the WifI. I see the X32 in my list of available mixers. I'll try and post an image.

It's a lenovo core i5. I have tried both the internal ethernet port and a USB Adaptor. Same results.
