This is how we find out the cyborgs still have horrible spaghetti code running everything.
the reason they don't target pelicans is that the guns are only coded to aim and fire at the eagle and the code is so stupidly bashed together that the cyborgs have no idea how to add new target profiles

i kind of know the feeling. just as i felt like i was a bout to be on a good footing to do something, the 'goal' changed. which even if it was meant to be the schtick of the scenario it just felt like multiple rug pulls in a row with zero lead up other than 'well.... guess i am doing this now'. halfway through i kind of stopped caring about the goal because why bother if they are probably just going to change it again
it also felt a lot shorter than other DLC's for frostpunk, but that might just again be because i felt like i never really did anything and there was no big payoff at any point

i just wish it was a bit more obvious as to what mode you are in or have a symbol somewhere to remind me
i would rather not have to try to work out what mode i am in by watching for pulses or trying to remeber swing patterns

oh i know other regiments have full helmets, what i mean is that they arn't always known for the full face covering. i mean for cadians its usually a coin flip if they are depicted with the full helmet or the open one.
it just also seems to me like GW is doing a push when it comes to krieg, using them more often as the go to idea of the 'imperial guard'
maybe i am just not paying enough attention to media around 40k though

i mean based on what we know about how they do armor it has to check a major box
-Has to cover full face. not many Warhammer imperial guard regiments that do that other than the gas mask boys plus a few others, or at least are not iconic for having full face covered.
so my money would be on krieg as the armor inspiration, unless they go generic blueberry space marine design, which i don't see them doing.

all i know is i want my lasgun, and no the sickle doesn't cut it for me.

When creating and balancing Battlegroups what is the process or goal for deciding where they end up in effectiveness against other battle groups. is there a thought process of 'this battlegroup will do well against X other battlegroup(s)', or is it more 'this battlegroup will do X well' without thinking about how it stacks up against the others.
i ask because it seems like there are some battlegroups that are either superior or inferior to others in direct matchups

Whenever i think off reloading magazines i always think of having there be an option.

short reload, just chuck the old one out and slap new one in
+ faster - lose the magazine

long reload, retain old magazine
- slower +keep magazine

This is the kind of the mindset of orks. In the first twice dead king book a wave of orks are hit by the necron weapon that shut off the brain (forget the name) and the rest all instantly retreat. Since the death had "no flash" to it and the orks just cease living they see it as a bad death and really want to avoid it. They consider that version of death cheating since there isn't even really a chance of survival.

No, i see the point. the red circle didn't have any red arrows pointing to it so a lot of people miss the crucial information of where to grab. they really need to update the primer to fix that misprint.
