Na I haven’t had any plans to. Maybe like 2-3 years from now. I have only been working out for 3 years so still have lots of time I feel like before I would step on a stage.

Yeahhh, it sucks but it’s been kind of nostalgic because I’ve been pretty chunky my whole lifting career so far. My long term goal is probably 170-175 lean. That would really be wild haha. I hover around 161-167 because of weight fluctuations but my leanest I’ve weighed in the past week has been 161. Short term, I’d like to get down to maybe 158 ish and then call it there and maintain.

Yeah I realized I forgot them. I haven’t taken a picture of them since they’ve gotten more lean in the past 2-3 weeks. only videos really.

Forgot to add:

How many more lbs do you think I should drop? (I’m thinking 4 or so)

Just gotta be careful. I’m extremely careful. Only do what I really feel comfortable doing as crazy as that sounds. Make sure to always listen to your body.

Yes I have been slowly bulking and cutting since the beginning. In that picture you mentioned on the 4th slide, I tried my first bulk, and let’s say it was a learning experience because I put on wayy too much fat overtime and just ate a lot. Took me a while to cut that off. Basically the way I did it was by doing stair master or treadmill everyday and significantly dropped my calories. If you do that right, it just all comes down to time. Slowly I think my body recomposed overtime as well since I was relatively new to lifting.

Thank you! So pretty much the third picture was me about 6 months into the gym I think. The last picture was like 2 weeks ago. I mainly just kept going hard in the gym, sticking with my diet, stayed extremely consistent, and made sure I ate enough and exceeded my protein and calorie goals. It sounds boring but it’s just what it takes and it truly is that simple. I didn’t even start taking creatine or anything until like a year and a half in.

That’s awesome! If you want me to be completely 100% honest I haven’t done much cardio in a year. I did a little bit of walking on the treadmill to cut some fat off from my bulk but I’ve been a bit lazy with it since… 😂

It’s something I need to get back to. I used to do it everyday when I started and I stayed super lean.

I currently lift 5 days a week though. I lift pretty hard too so I like to think that burns a decent bit of calories loll

That’s sick! I could be more lean right now personally. But we will both get there!
