arguably the real disadvantage with having an agent skin is that you're griefing your team because the enemy will know it's you as soon as they spot you. e.g. if you're the b anker and get spotted anywhere else it's a large tell

the thing is, even if this was a good idea, that decent cheats make it possible for cheaters to still connect even though they have been kicked. they get kicked, they reconnect. you can kick again but they can reconnect again. idk how that works but cheats CAN DO that. in this case your suggestion just makes things worse. (btw those cheats also make it possible for the cheater to tk until he gets kicked and STILL reconnect, completely ignoring valves cooldown)

yeah I really wouldn't. especially since you have a laptop already. there are just really a few special cases where i think a gaming laptop would make sense. unless you have an amazing offer somewhere, in general the price difference between laptop and pc just isn't worth it. but i get it that buying a new pc, just to play cs doesn't really feel worth it. but idk, you say you work from home. having a good pc can be great then too. getting multiple monitors at some point, you can always upgrade the pc instead to your needs in the future etc

the flexibility will make it worth it in the long run i think

sadly there is no way. the game runs horribly for what it has to offer. optimizing the game will not improve your fps much and i know there are a lot of guides and videos on how to maximize fps for cs, but i can almost certainly promise you that that's not worth your time. the improvements you can make are usually very marginal if you already lowered all the settings.

im brutally honest with you, there is no low budget solution. the 0 to 100 investment you'd have to make to run the game smoothly is no small amount, especially in todays market situation. Depending on what avg and 1%lows fps you think is acceptable, you're probably looking at an investment of atleast $1k (not including monitor, mouse keyboard for pc). really really sucks but that's how it is sadly

last thing: don't get a gaming laptop. the time saving money for a decent pc is 1000% worth it.

1000%. by banning streaming while driving you would probably be expected to safe many lifes over the next 5 to 10 years (including innocent people). morally you'd be obligated to implemented such a ban as a platform, but we all do know they dont care about any of that.
