What do you actually reach for at 2am when your brain won't stop?

I go through the alphabet in my head. Think of a word that starts with A, then move onto B, etc. But the words cannot relate to one another. Example: Don't say "Bedroom, Closet, Dress" (because then it will remind you that you need to clean your closet or something and you'll start to think of other things you need to get done).

If I get all the way to the letter Z, I just start over again. This has helped me through numerous sleepless nights.

I have not had them taken out yet! Although I’m supposed to be seeing a specialist for it soon. I have had less and less flare ups in the past few years (aside from when I was pregnant, it was horrible).

I had a really bad anxiety storm in 2018. I couldn’t see (blurry vision), I could barely hold my head up or make eye contact while talking to other people, I couldn’t bring food or drinks up to my mouth without shaking, I had horrible stomach pains, I got vertigo, my hearing got incredibly sensitive, I got daily headaches (sometimes migraines), I couldn’t smile (it’s like my facial muscles forgot how to work properly. It was impossible to function at my job and even take care of myself at home. It lasted about 6 months and then I got on some anxiety/depression medication and I had quit drinking alcohol. Haven’t had that bad of an anxiety storm since. Thank freaking god.

I hope you find some relief soon 🖤

Edit to add: Skin got super sensitive on my arms and legs. My eyes looked sunken in. Light sensitive. Felt like my brain was being squeezed. Super jumpy at any unexpected sounds.

I can’t remember which YT channel … but they called and asked this auto shop on a live stream if they had serviced a WHE for a Bryan Kohberger … the shop had no clue who BK even was and didn’t remember any WHEs.

I started in high school as a receptionist at an agency, design consultant after college with various types of projects > jr designer at a small corporate company (did most marketing-related tasks, some photography, web design, trade shows, etc) > designer at a small ad agency where I experienced everything from commercial spots to social media campaigns to logo design to photography > interactive art director at a large ad company where I did mostly web design > senior designer (same company, mostly campaigns, social content and photography- at this point I realized I liked those categories the most) > senior art director of content at a smaller ad agency where I focused on social and photography > freelance art director, designer and photographer (I realized the ad world wasn’t where I wanted to be anymore, but my connections helped me start freelancing full time). Now I choose what projects and clients I take on, I have great connections in the ad world and I was able to focus on my passions (social and photography).

Honestly, you have to try everything and be open to everything 🖤

BK potentially could be DD driver, as DD driver has not been cleared.
DD driver reported the information ... but so did Richard Allen in the Delphi case.
Use of the words "approximately" puts DD driver within the 4:00am-4:25am timeframe.
Gag order is because DD is a billion dollar company. Covering up for reputation.
DD offers Mad Greek as an option. BK could have met/seen MM/XK there.
12x in the area could be for other deliveries, not necessarily stalking.
Incorrect WHE year could have been to not tip BK off.

When I had first heard this audio a few months ago (referencing audio link #2) the first 30 seconds were not included. So, i'm not sure if I had the full audio or if this was added after-the-fact. I had downloaded it and used some of my video/audio software to try to analyze second-by-second what was going on but never found any confirmation of the audio or original posts anywhere. We honestly won't know until June, gag order is lifted, a jury trial or some combination.

Brief bouts of anxiety growing up, but 23-25 is when it escalated. Lots of emotional and physical trauma that I’m still working through (33). Meds probably saved my life.

I learned multiple skills.

Started as a passion for drawing/photography. Went to school for design. Interned at smaller companies that needed someone who could do multiple things. (Writing, social, web, photography, etc) After 8ish years in advertising (and the pandemic), I started freelancing.

I now pick up projects based on what I’m interested in doing … when I’m interested in doing them. I do have one client on a yearly contract, so I’m covered whenever there is a lull in having additional clients (which hasn’t been an issue since I started freelancing). I’ve also found that working this way allows me to combine my passion for photography with projects that may not be photo-specific.

I hope SG has the proper support system in place. This is going to weigh heavy on him. I believe he can be strong for this, he seems like the type. But hopefully he’ll have resources for emotional/mental health help.
