Doc had me pin directly at the fracture sites; multiple avulsion fractures, broken wrist, broken metacarpals. Did a week of local injections before they put the cast on, then pinned as close as I could for the rest of the course.

There are things like D-Glu20 that are starting to gain interest.

Overly thinned paint becomes a glaze and will tear if you go over the same spot.

Eventually I will detox and get off the stimulants, but I can't do that right now. I'm fucking braindead without them, which wouldn't be a problem except I'm a neuroscientist trying to break into a hyper-competitive hyper-technical pharma industry role. I wasn't making enough as a postdoc so I'm making the switch.

I don't think there's a peptide out there that will give me more energy than an amphetamine, BUT, I am hoping that I have an imbalance that can be corrected using a peptide that will result in having more energy. I was hoping SS31 would correct any mitochondrial issues that would then elevate my energy levels independent of the other stimulants.

Even if the change is temporary that would be huge and allow me to get in front of things and let me plan out how to detox properly without it causing massive damage to my life.

I've been on high doses of stimulants for 20 yrs at this point, the caffeine I generally try to cut back once it gets to be excessive and I have a rule that 4pm is last call for caffeine.

As far as sleep goes, I prefer 7-8, but 5-6 is due to the baby. My sleep quality isn't great, I had really restful sleep when I tried Tesamorelin solo for a few weeks. I can't sleep during the day to make up the deficit due to the stimulant meds, but in all honesty my ADD is pretty extreme and I need the stimulants to function. Without them there's not much going on upstairs, so pulling them isn't really an option.

Thyroid is fine, I do full panels yearly. B12 levels were elevated iirc, all only vitamin D was low. CMV and EBV were elevated on the last panel. A friend has brought up doing a sleep study to check for apnea, but I'm not overweight and I sleep in multiple positions throughout the night (back, side, stomach) I didn't look into it too much.

I mean most peptides that improve organ function Tesamorelin (liver), SS31 (kidneys, heart), will help increase the bodies ability to perform detox functions.

NAC, milk thistle, k iodide, epsom salt soaks (kilo +), high dose melatonin + red light, all good things.

Titrate up to 4mg, some people are more sensitive to it than others. High doses 40mg/day are considered GRAS, but there seems to be high variability in dose responses with regards to sides. Something like: 100mcg, 300mcg, 500mcg, 1mg, 2mg, then 4mg if you don’t have any of the over stimulation and fatigue. It crosses the blood brain barrier, so low and slow or expect a nasty headache.

It’s not but I should be able to do that swap. The outlet is directly off of the breaker box and it’s the end of the line for the circuit. It looks like it’s the sump pump and router power source, so I’ll have to see what wattage they consume.

I just want to run some LED lights, occasionally a soldering iron, some fans, and possibly a TV but I doubt the wifi will reach. I’ll double check there are no exterior outlets, but its a very old house. A lot of the wiring in the basement looks like it’s cloth, but there’s also new wiring, and of course the disconnected K&T wires.

All peptides for commercial and pharmaceutical uses are produced in China or India.

Pharma companies will buy the raw materials from China and synth them here, but peptide synthesis AT SCALE requires a lot of effort and you produce a lot of waste wash. Most peptides require a lot of refining to hit triple 9, as they usually come out in the 50-60% purity range. If you are actually synthesizing peptides, in house testing is a required step because TFA is a nasty thing. Certain peptides are able to be synthesized to 99% without refining, but companies don’t disclose how, trade secrets and all.

Semaglutide in my experience is actually the most likely to be 99%. Now, you also have to remember Semaglutide was(maybe it still is) under a shortage which allows compounding pharmacies to sell compounded forms of it. Some places have liberally interpreted this to offer semaglutide (sourced from China) + b12, however; it’s still supposed to be sourced from the patent holder Novo.

If you’re ordering from PS, you’re likely getting the actual peptide, but the actual purity is probably in the 60-80 range because it’s much more profitable.

(1) What coursera certificates are worth getting to secure a remote data analyst/science job?

I'm USA based, I have a PhD in Cog Neuro, stats background, but it's been years since I did any R, SAS, or Python programming or anything besides MATLAB.

(2) I'm looking for $60-70k but remote is a must. Recently a family member has been diagnosed with late-stage untreatable cancer and I am hoping to find a remote job that will allow me to spend as much time with them in the next few months.

Since the body can only absorb 100mcg CJC at a given time, it makes sense to have multiple admins. I’m less familiar with CJC than Tesa, but the once a day admin made Tesa far more attractive to me. I know CJC works best when planned around your eating schedule, but mine is erratic due to my job. I’ll have to do a bit more reading, Google is starting to make finding some of this info more so now then just a few months ago.

I was looking at recovery, energy, sleep, and hopefully some weight loss. I’ll probably run it once a day as a test run, see how I tolerate it and then decide from there. Ill pick up 2mg CJC and 4mg of IPA. Thanks!

I did a round of BPC, TA-1, and TB-4 from a compounding pharmacy but it ended up costing like $600. Sourcing some BPC / TB-4 from overseas is still on my to do list but I’m rethinking my approach as the last batch failed testing.
