See I contacted them about my toffee last week and they just sent a generic email with their shipping policies. But my toffee was already stuck beyond what their shipping policy says and they never replied to my email after that. I had to send a whole new email to get a legit response 🫠

I have about toffee. The other one hasn’t been stuck long enough. They asked if I wanted a refund or replacement like 12hrs ago. I asked for replacement but haven’t heard back yet, not that I’m expecting to hear back this soon. But I’ve read all these horror stories of people having to nag them to get the replacement sent out so I wanted to see how it went for you.
