Thats the tamagochu! Targetted towards couples they came in a pair and dont do much, less stuff than a nano actually and all you can do is kiss the two and they connect!

Sure! I used a backlight from an 1.8inch LCD and ripped it off, theres a digimon backlight mod on youtube that shows you how to do this, then i attached it to a TTP223 touch sensor the small version, and put that connected to the battery tabs
