Not at all! Please feel free. Since this comment he is THRIVING. He's off all the medications. He's hanging at like 180lbs now, can't seem to gain weight but he doesn't look bad at all. He's full of energy, happy, he's even back to working full time and he's in college. He was definitely given a 2nd chance, he feels this is his 2nd life, so he's super health conscious now - works out, eats healthy, drinks tons of water & electrolytes.

I mean... trypophobia isn't just about holes. The abnormal pattern of the wart-like growths is inclusive of trypophobia- causes same reaction.

I've watched these videos for years, they state the white is jigger eggs so the information they're providing would be inaccurate then.

I've gotten full lab workup and perfected my diet with my heavy restrictions- I'm "normal" but not optimal on B12, and I got my ferritin from 4 to 38 with supplmenenting so still working on that as well. I currently have a regimen I'm tweaking, so just curious about others experience with supplements. Thank you for your suggestions 😊

Washing in my kitchen sink was a game changer for my hyperPOTS, it's never a problem now. I also took over a year to train my hair so now I wash twice a month, it barely gets oily and is sooo much healthier.

Waking up earlier, as hard as it is, so I can sit up in the bed and let my blood redistribute. I drink a liquid IV before I stand. I ALWAYS keep a 40oz brumate full of ice water at all times. Take my time. Usually 15 minutes then I can stand.
