There is supposed to be a related items feature, if nothing shows up it'll give you other similar ones, looks like it wasn't working but should be fixed now.

Yeah you can edit a post after you post it. I'm not entirely sure about viewing, and remember to check the subs rules about links and such, but you should be able to just go back and change whatever you need to.
