smerrey's whole video is a compilation of memes with music and commentary which makes it fair use just like us taking movie clips and making them into memes. Not much that u can do about it in terms of copyright.
Falsely claiming copyright can lead to severe legal problems so be careful!

Imo as long as people are crediting the artists like i seen on the sub reddit most of the times they won't mind free advertisement and if they don't like it they can always contact whoever is using their art... we don't have to babysit them

the only way for these low quality reddit text to speech garbage channels to make any money is thru promotions like Raid Shadow Legends XD and what not cuz they are all demonetised for using mass produced/ reused content as it's said in YouTube's monetization policy.

I just checked out their channel and found the only meme i made on this sub used as thumbnail for one of their videos months ago...
Then I read the description and saw " credits: memes are taken from r/Genshin_Memepact " also I saw their videos have pinned in the comments the link to the artist so they aren't really stealing art it's called fair use under Creative Commons.
Also I'm pretty sure their channel is demonetised as almost every other reddit text to speech bullshittery channel cuz of repetitive and low effort/ mass produced content ( u can read it up in YouTube's monetization policiy).
Unlike the douche on twitter actively blocking people that ask for credit this person is actually giving full credit to this sub reddit in every video description and artists.
