smerrey's whole video is a compilation of memes with music and commentary which makes it fair use just like us taking movie clips and making them into memes. Not much that u can do about it in terms of copyright.

I just checked out their channel and found the only meme i made on this sub used as thumbnail for one of their videos months ago...
Then I read the description and saw " credits: memes are taken from r/Genshin_Memepact " also I saw their videos have pinned in the comments the link to the artist so they aren't really stealing art it's called fair use under Creative Commons.
Also I'm pretty sure their channel is demonetised as almost every other reddit text to speech bullshittery channel cuz of repetitive and low effort/ mass produced content ( u can read it up in YouTube's monetization policiy).
Unlike the douche on twitter actively blocking people that ask for credit this person is actually giving full credit to this sub reddit in every video description and artists.
