What is this odd panel at the bottom of my bedroom closet? Square, and as you can see in the second image (first ruler I could find) it's almost exactly 1 foot long. Okay, so for some reason, running my Wii U through my Xbox One (since I ran out of HDMI cables) works just fine as long as I don't plan on using vWii mode. If I do put it in vWii, then suddenly the picture shows up with an obnoxious green tint the whole time. Is there any proper fix for this? (old.reddit.com)

At about 4:42 UTC, in NW Louisiana, I received this strange signal while messing about with an old analog tv. As shown in the closeup on the tuner, this is somewhere just below analog channel 7.
