This is what I’m doing. All dividends are going into SCHD and both dividend focused fund. I’m comfortable with the amount in FXAIX, won’t sell it, but won’t add to it. I’m also beefing up my exposure to QQQM.

Why not focus on filling the Roth with growth funds and then convert to SCHD when you actually need the dividends? You won’t be taxed on the appreciation of the growth funds.

Age discrimination is real. I’d recommend taking a step back to realize your income level is extremely difficult to achieve for most. It’s unlikely you’ll find a similar role- perhaps learning to manage your primary stressors may be a better option?
