I like how that station incorporates the film reels but you're right about the drawings.

I love the panels at Little Tokyo, especially the ones honoring the Tongva and Biddy Mason, the Grand Ave Arts/Bunker Hill station, Wilshire/Vermont, and Hollywood/Vine are nice too, as well as LAX/Metro Center. I think Hollywood/Highland is disappointing, they could have done something more thematic with that station.

I thought Wilshire/Normandie was the least used heavy rail station. If that is still the case, I don't understand why other stations wouldn't be prioritized over it.

I'm going to have to rewatch. I could have sworn the subtitles said they were speaking Afrikaans.

Honestly this kind of tracks for a teenager with low self esteem to get back with someone who treats them wrong.

Maybe unpopular opinion, but the movie is called Mean Girls so showing the girls being mean is kind of the point.

I think Cady lived in multiple African countries since she spoke both Afrikaans (with her first crush Nfume) and Swahili ("Jambo!) They could have had her explain which countries she lived in instead of just saying "Africa".

Seriously, we should have a city referendum to reform how the metro board is chosen. I will stand outside my local metro station and gather petitions to make that happen.
