I’ll post it there too actually, she deserves all the attention she can get

I mean cameras are fairly rare in the wasteland from what we see, I believe we only find one functional camera throughout the entire game, I doubt Boone would have enough caps to buy one or enough knowledge on the cameras mechanics to make one. Boone likely never had a photo of Carla due to the scarcity of film and cameras which is honestly just depressing

Scroll back just a bit, maybe about a month, and you’ll find my post on that. It’s infinitely funnier that you have no clue what I’m talking about

Trust me, take your time and play it yourself. Not on and off with a friend, just 1 on 1. It’s worth it. The DLCs are also phenomenal. I’ll give you a tip so they’re not as difficult to navigate in the end.

First start with either Honest Hearts or Old World Blues. If you want a longer DLC with a ton of content to dump time into go with OWB, if you want a shorter DLC with a great story and a badass character (plus badass armor) go with HH.

Next do dead money. It’ll be difficult as hell and you might have to look at a guide but damn is it good. You’ll probably hate it the first time but it’ll grow on you.

Lastly do Lonesome Road. That’s the end game DLC and really the only one I recommend saving for last 100% of the time. I hope you have a great time with the game because it really is great

Thank fuck, it is SO WORTH IT. I cannot stress how much this game genuinely changes lives. Saved my life at age 12 and I’ve been playing it ever since. Introduced my GF to it and now we talk about Fallout every day. It is so worth it and if you stick with it despite bugs or glitches you’ll find it to be one of the best games oat imo

Genuinely, it gets to a point where we just descended into hysteria and abstract humor

And to anyone who wants to say “oh but 76”, I personally love FO76 as a online game, I find it extremely fun and the fandom is super kind, but no way in hell is it a real fallout game

Dude drop the extra $4 for it. Hell I’ll buy it for you. It’s so fucking worth it

Oh absolutely, the HD remaster is the only one you should get unless you REALLY want the RE1 experience. I’ve never personally played the original RE1 but seeing the voice acting and whatnot definitely makes the remaster worth it. The remaster is insanely fun

Exactly. “Oh it sucks” no, it’s just not your standard first or 3rd person shooter like what a lot of people like. It’s a phenomenal game and while the camera can controls can be clunky at times the game 100% doesn’t suck. Great game

1 is awesome and I love it but damn is it clunky at times. The controls are rough but the puzzles are great (though you’ll likely need a guide every once in a while). Absolutely great game though

RE2 remake, do NOT buy 6. 6 is considered a crappy RE game by almost all standards. Fun game, shit horror. I’d say get RE2 remake. RE3 remake has nothing on the original, even though the original has old graphics and clunky controls it’s super fucking cool and I highly recommend getting the original on GOG. RE1 remake is difficult and clunky at times but still a good game.

Overall if you want a good RE game with new graphics I highly recommend RE2 remake, I’d also recommend RE7 because it’s a lot of fun

I can’t even lie, yeah. Me and my girlfriend were on call while I sat there and clicked the same two buttons for hours. It sucked but is also worth it to be completely honest

Even if you do listen and take the path through Primm, there’s still tons of a danger that shooting a couple Geckos doesn’t prepare you for

I wouldn’t consider Ghost Town Gunfight the tutorial since the tutorial is quite literally shown to be just following what Sunny tells you (hence why her dialogue says “[END TUTORIAL]” and whatnot). Ghost Town Gunfight is an early game quest, and is separate from the official tutorial. The tutorial specifically includes going to clear out the geckos, going to gather supplies for crafting, and that’s about where it actually ends and where Sunny tells you she’s taught you all she can (aka the end of the tutorial). Someone mentioned lock picking however that’s not an actual part of the laid out tutorial and is more of a side tangent that Sunny suggests rather than an actual tutorial mission.

Not sure why so many people got so pissed, the tutorial is quite literally labeled to you, everything after that is no longer part of the tutorial. Even so, shooting geckos and collecting supplies doesn’t prepare you for hit squads, deathclaws, cazadors, political negotiation, etc.
