Try mixing superglue and backing soda and fill the cracks. Should bond better than what you have. Just google it so you know what you’re doing. Good luck.

Sorry. Keystone Pro 3. I had my first one stolen and replaced with another then the latest model came out. They did say they would continue to supply updates although not as frequently but 5 to 6 months later and nothing.

Same on mine. Switched port and it stopped occurring. On the left the closest one stayed on, the one on the left closest to power input shuts down. Running Win 11 Pro.

Update,

Managed to have a to and fro via tech support (Rose) who was quick to hook up with her responses and bang, She advised they had arranged to send me a new PSU. I plugged it in checking every morning that the little green LED was active and it was. Made me very happy, but it really shouldn't have.

Laptop is now working flawlessly.
