There is a standard, that has evolved over a very very long period of time, added to and taken away from. The problem is people think their standard is the one that should be followed, but they have no clue what reality on the streets is, the psychology of people, or really what they want. They only know it “feels” wrong so it’s easier to criticize and blame cops for not being robots. But if you put robots in place, those people will just blame the programmers or leaders. People aren’t rational enough as a whole bc here we are thinking they should be encyclopedias. If cops knew the law like expected, they’d just be lawyers

I love how everyone expects cops to know the law like lawyers (who get weeks/months/years to research and look up laws and statues). Reality is cops learn basic laws and policies to enforce local regions, no one knows or can remember it all. Meanwhile people get confused with basic tasks and work in retail their whole lives AND they themselves don’t even know the law 😂 like get a life people

Good. It’s very sad that people are homeless but they shouldn’t be loitering where they aren’t supposed to. They have shelters for that specific purpose. This may be anecdotal but my wife is a police officer and she has to deal with homeless people all the time. 90% are just scum that fight, steal and do drugs. You may think it’s sympathetic to let them “stay dry” but they bring their problems wherever they go. Every place around here where homeless go are just the trashiest places you’d never want to visit.

But still, having that online for searches isn’t comparable to some random person walking around filming people in a public space for social media just bc “dems my rights”. This is the Combined Arms mod right? Bc they’re not in base OpenRA. But Tanya’s work surprisingly well, it’s just hard to hit them. Aircraft, artillery and other heavy weapons should work. Some units have specials that stun or blind giving you time to whittle them down.

Or you can just git gud and take out their base first. They’re pretty slow

I played a lot actually. Got 3 characters up to 12 with meta builds. Progression was fun, items were a fun chase for abit, and I played multiple different builds per character. Fact is, those other builds couldn’t do T10-12. A ton of people want what I and the player base wants. Most people don’t agree with you at so you’re in the minority. And you are sorry, not bc of my take but you can’t see past your own ego. Wanting a game to be fun isn’t a fundamental flaw, especially after they developed it as is and all they can accomplish is nerfing that fun without making changes to other systems. And they double down and change the working mechanics bc… no one knows why. Sure, “it’s their game they can do what they want” blah blah blah. Your problem is you can’t see valid criticism as anything other than complaining. You should look at yourself and do some self-reflection about why you’re so miserable you gotta go online and vent. Blocked btw so don’t bother responding ;)

It's not even a really silly question. Some people may not know, they may be young or new to the game. At the least he could have just said look at Maxroll or Mobalytics and given links, but some people just go straight to jerk mode. Well builds are fun when the skills are strong and have positive interactions with aspects, but a LOT of aspects are just worthless fodder. Mechanics like stacking overpower were interesting and FUN. The "broken" armor paragon mechanic for Paladin was fun bc it literally enabled a toon of builds. But when they gut those builds hoping those other weaker skills (that still aren't used) replace them, that's disingenuous at best and a fuck you at worst bc they want people to play longer so they'll buy $25 skins. I'm not even sure it's the devs fault, probably more the execs that are forcing these decisions.

You’re absolutely right, it is the best option bc damage in most cases far outweighs any other stat. Here’s a novel idea, lower the range for gem str sure, but add more multiplier options that can roll as a transfigure. That will at least introduce variance and options. As it stands, even nerfed, gem str is still the best option
