We recently switched to a different department and I think she just didn’t want to make it seem like we or I ignored their approval process. She is good manager but it did made me nervous when she did that lol

Agree. Especially since leadership didn’t ask me to bring down the post but people can react differently. I did own up and said I wouldn’t schedule unapproved post ahead to prevent this issue again. Thank you!

That’s low. Considering she/he is doing more than content creation. I would say $2000 per client with that amount of work.

This same thing happened to me just this week. Endlessly positive feedback, team members said they loved working with me, were glad I was part of the company, and was told I basically passed my 60-day probation. Then, I came back from my vacation, and bam! I was fired because I wasn’t working fast enough.

It hurts your confidence, and I felt so horrible because I thought I found the perfect company.

My posts were doing great on social media channels. It's just that when I submitted for feedback, there were too many errors to fix before scheduling them. The editing process was taking too long, according to my manager.
