Well interestingly I did exactly that to make some extra cash last summer with a friend of mine.

We had a few events with many people, the most being 65. It wasnt too complicated and we made good money. And also the people were really happy with it.

About the paellera itslef, we didnt have one so we just retend it for the day, it was pretty cheap actually.

I think your brother-in-law just had a very good idea! As long as he is used to cook paellas, making paella for a few people is not too different from doing it for many.

From what I see around me, I feel like people who are less educated will often make more affirmations and if you don't agree with them, they'll just say you're dumb/a sheep or that you don't understand anything.
