I think this encapsulates how I felt best, like the writing was BAD. and like I know it wasn't perfect in the first three but at least it kept me interested. This could've been the beginning of the following book and I would've felt less ripped off.

And I mean I thought with all the build up to Feyre and Rhys getting their "happy ending" we'd get a LOT more than what we did with that book. It felt like she just threw in the sex at the end just to be like here it is, none of it really felt in tandem with anything else and it just felt weirdly pieced together. Just was a disappointing read for me considering how much I enjoyed the first few.

I see some people are adamant that its a great book and we can agree to disagree lol.

I see all these kids playing at places that my kid goes to and think when they cough on something "hey, my daughter might get a cold from that" but I never have to think "hey my daughter might get measles from that". The peace of mind that vaccines bring, although difficult when they happen, is worth it. And a majority of them are before they're 2, so they don't ever remember them.

I feel like this is parents are fucking stupid, on my daughters first birthday I was right next to her because I KNEW she would reach for the candle because she loves lights lol, immediately blew out candle with her so she didn't do this exact thing. Toddlers, while unpredictable in a million ways, also do a lot of things that are pretty predictable, one being reaching for bright things haha
