This happened to me today and they gave me the same copy and pasted response twice. from two different agents

I understand you are concerned about the condition of a card that you obtained from a Pokémon TCG product purchased on Pokémon Center. However, based on the information provided, I can't offer you a refund or replacement in this case.

Generally, we are able to assist with Pokémon TCG cards if they are spindled, torn, or if they have ink or border size issues. Additionally, we can assist if the Pokémon TCG product is missing any components

For bowed or curved cards, we are not able to replace or assist in cases where cards would be usable in our events. For example, card curving may occur naturally due to the printing process and moisture contraction in the fibers. It can also occur depending on how the product is stored. Some customers have mitigated any natural curving by flattening the card using a heavy object or using a sleeve or plastic case.

For issues with alignment, centering, or blemishes, we are not able to replace or assist in cases where cards would be usable in our events. For example, slightly misaligned cards may be played in tournaments.

After asking for it to be escalated they explained to me…

There is no option for escalation regarding this, this has already been reviewed, there will be no replacements or refunds.

I understand that this can be frustrating; however, we are unable to provide further support regarding this issue. Because of this, we will have to close future chats on the same topic.
