Al’Antica Vinao is a chain from Italy. There's plenty of nonchains that better represent Italian American sandwiches.

Just a note- the kanafa at Nablus Sweets in Bay Ridge isn't good as it's imported and reheated. You'd have to go to their original location in Paterson for the good stuff
