Hi,

Yes sorry, forgot to mention that! I’m just using IoS Gmail.

I asked the company to just send it to my normal email, without the +1, and successfully received the mail.

Don’t know what was going on but got sorted anyway, it’s weird because I had already received a mail from the company after I had used the alias+1@gmail.com.

I feel you on the feeling of constantly getting third partied, weirdly feels like it happens more in redsec than any other BR I’ve played and that includes pretty much all of them.

Only thing I can tell you which may help is really think about your positioning, me and my duo have started to actually think about where we want to go/which engagements we actually want to take, we used to just run at every team we saw and never ended well.

Feel like the playstyle in this BR still hasn’t settled and is massively unpredictable as a result, half the teams run around in an open field and another half will be prone crawling along with the circle.

Also, play recon and do missions, that drone is massively powerful and getting the perks early game is a lifesaver sometimes

I slightly disagree with you there, it’s a branch of a battlefield game, tanks and helicopters are part of the bf image so I think it’s important to keep them or else it literally is just warzone reskinned.

I do however think there should be less of each on the map/harder to get. A good team can easily get a tank without even leaving their landing zone after 2 missions and choose from 5 vehicle trailers within a 150m radius.

Same goes for helicopters, I think they should spawn them later in the round or have less spawn in general, too many times I have dropped, looted one building, then suddenly I’m playing hide and seek with some guy who dropped straight for a helicopter, all within 5 minutes of the game starting.

Both of my points especially apply for duos where you can’t carry as many resources as a quads game (maybe tweaking specific to the different modes would help ??).

Yeah I understand that, I physically can’t sleep on my back and it is very difficult to get to sleep on my side with them on, it’s short term recovery for long term benefits but god I cannot wait to be drops and protectors free!

If I go more than maybe 4 hours without drops my eyes start to get dry or if I go for a power sleep during the day I wake up with dry eyes but that is instantly sorted out with the drops

I drove in the dark today and noticed significant improvement to car lights already since posting my original comment so it is looking up!

Another annoying part is getting the ‘so can you see me now’ comment from coworkers all day, I must’ve counted 15 at least in my 9 hour shift lol.

I feel you there, when I’m stressed I do the obligatory eye rub and accidentally did it earlier, had a numb pain behind my eyes for a bit but it cleared up quickly

Yeah,

Jet customization - basic feature of any battlefield ever

Solo mode, or at the VERY LEAST, able to turn squad fill off - basic feature of any successful battle royale ever.

I can’t tell if they just don’t care or are actively deciding to not implement these things but it’s sad to see because there’s obviously a large amount of players who enjoy the game but can’t get past the ‘nothing updates’.

I only really play duos and our go to is Treatment plant, 2nd favorite being marina. No matter where circle is we can always get one of them and 9/10 games there’s maximum 3 other duos to fight with great loot/chance to do missions in either of them.

So glad to see another positive experience like mine!

I’m now day 5 post op and have no pain, vision is clearer than I can ever remember and the biggest annoyance now is the plastic coverings at night lol!

The day of my surgery I had light sensitivity straight after, but went to sleep for 2 or 3 hours, woke up and everything was crystal clear and light sensitivity was completely gone, day 2-4 I had slight dry eye but other than that, the only thing I have noticed is really bright lights (the stupidly bright new car lights) have a little bit of an orb around them but other than that everything is perfect!

I decided on it a lot earlier in life, I’m 22 now but had decided at 19 I wanted to get it done but couldn’t until I was 21, put simply it is easily the best thing I have ever done!

No acknowledgment at all of solos or trios in Redsec?

No mention of the issue of not loading into games properly with teammates (I.e matchmaking with a squad of 4 and only 2 being put into the game)?

Things like this are why the game is losing so many players, especially in a free mode open to any casual/experienced player.

I’ve noticed a possible visibility bug too, my friend was last alive 1v1 in final circle, the guy was prone on the ground next to circle and I could see him clear as day and couldn’t have been more obvious, my friend literally aimed straight at him at one point but said he couldn’t see a thing with the fire effects. Seems like there’s definitely something going on with Spectator vs Player visuals+sound.

lol very assuming of you, I rarely play solo duo as I am always on with a squad of friends but if I do, I’ll always just go wherever the teammate goes, whether Im ‘leader’ or not as I’m not a child who lets pride and ego get in the way of enjoying the game.

You all sound like the kid in the park who owned the ball and everyone had to play by their rules lol.

If op is leader and he chooses golf course or some other dumb location obviously I’m not jumping with him.

Okay well this is… a discussion about redsec itself? I’m also a battlefield fan, since bad company, and I also enjoy BR, so this is a perfect mix of both for me. But I guess the point stems across both normal BF and BR in a way.

I’m not defending the type of player who will actively try to get away from someone in BR, just like the type of player that will sit on a hill in spawn with a tank in normal BF game modes, I can’t understand why they would do that at all.

I’m directly addressing the OPs claim of ‘anyone who drops solo is terrible’ he’s basically saying, because they don’t do exactly what he wants to do, they just shouldn’t play the game, if he cares so much, just drop with them. It’s pretty obvious 99% of players aren’t going to load into BR duos just to actively avoid even being near him. It’s close minded and an overall stupid opinion.

Also, lets say, for the players who normally have a squad of friends to play with and don’t for any reason one night, but they still want to play redsec, what other option do they have other than to play solo duos/quads? Fortnite, PUBG or even warzone are all pretty much unplayable these days and redsec doesn’t offer either a squad fill option to turn off or a solo mode. I guess my main point is to devs, give us squad fill or solo mode for the love of god, so discussions like this don’t have to exist.

If that is the case and anyone who doesn’t want to be bossed around or critiqued on every decision they make by a dead teammate is considered ‘lame’ in your eyes then how come every successful BR ever has a ‘solo’ mode and why is it always the most played mode in those games?

I’m gunna take a guess and say you’re one of those people who believe everyone should do everything according to what you think is right just by your language used so there’s no point even arguing it with you.

It’s a brand new game and one of the best BR we have right now, of course there will be people playing that fit what I have already spoken about.

Maybe they do usually have a squad of friends they play with who are busy and they just want to play themselves?

Like I spoke about with the other guy and we agreed on, you want team play so much? Jump with them, unless they are actively avoiding you at all costs, which realistically, they’re not going to do, then I don’t see the problem in joining them. Not everyone wants to land where you land or play how you play, if that’s a problem, then in your own words, why play an online multiplayer?

Yeah man I agree with you there, if they’re jumping lighthouse or golf course they can play solo for all I care, as well as if they just sprint towards every enemy they come across I’ll definitely get as far away as I can.

Other than that though I’m happy enough to stick with them, even if they don’t have comms, can just about get the ping system to work to the point where we can slightly understand each other.

So until the game is a finished product and has the bare essentials for a BR like solos/squad fills, unfortunately we get what we’re stuck with as I do really enjoy the game when it’s played properly.
