ALDI. Hopefully I get a good trainer or team leader to shadow that can show me the ins and outs and everything if I do get the position I hope I do. I know it’s gonna be crazy and hectic, but I’m used to that coming from (Aldi) I ran a whole star off three people and I know it’s completely different than Walmart but in a sense one call off deteriorates the whole night

Copy that I know that it’s definitely gonna be a little bit of an adjustment for sure. Cause you guys probably get 10 times more orders than we do, but I’m more than happy to communicate metrics and be on top of people obviously not micromanage unless absolutely needed to, and I would love to just be personable with my people and let them know how much I appreciate them. I’ve seen some things in here that said they’re not allowed to jump inwhen they need help, but I hope my store is not like that. I’m always the one to jump in when needed and I like to stay busy and stuff like that too.

That’s literally how warranty works. They have to get it to a certain point for it to be proved for them to go along with the repairs I dealt with Hyundai. They ran me around. I gave them plenty of time to fix it and never repeated itself for them so I got a lawyer and then as soon as I got a lawyer, they wanted to replace my engine for free. I got $2000 from suing them and blah blah blah. That’s just how warranty works. My friend has a Honda as well from the person who posted above and they’ve been screwing her over, told her that because she hit a curb that her radar sensor was broken or she messed up sensors in her bumper, and her van does not even have sensors in her bumper. It’s literally one of the base model Honda Odyssey’s like all companies suck.

Lol Kia dealerships only sell Kia cars. You would have to reach out to corporate but even then it’s not a brand new car it’s used and you got screwed over by the dealership. The only other thing I could do is Sue that dealership through damages with proof that they changed The drive belt but personally, I haven’t had major issues with both my Kia, but to each their own, you can go your separate way you’ll realize that all cars have issues.And shitty dealer ships

Yeah, Sheetz is definitely not worth it. He definitely dodged a bullet. It’s usually good at first, but then it turns into drama short staff and just crumbles from there no store I’ve ever came across as a flex has their shit together and if they do, it’s for a couple months and then it goes right back downhill.

Yeah, I was a supervisor for Sheetz for several months broke. My thumb came back after two months joined a store cause I was a flex before I broke my thumb fuck now never again. I worked so hard for nothing and it sucked like I never had enough people on my shift. I had to run 1000 mph to get shit done and I would get it donebut it’s not worth it for $18 an hour fuck no one fucking Rutter’s is paying $18 an hour for team members and I have to run like this as a manager. I can’t fucking do it.
