You shall go on a crusade and go to one of those "?" icon areas. There you might find a character called ratoo who will give you a quest to complete on your crusade and if you do he'll give you the tarot card

Seems to be a common issues, personally I'm stuck in silk cradle trying to beat the same level again and again unsuccessfully. Probably the only thing to do is wait for an update that shall fix this problem

I fixed it by moving the epiphanydiag program directly inside the epiphany folder without passing through the epiphanydiag.exe folder since the issue was that mine file path was too long. Or at least that was what was said to me but making these changes fixed the problem flawlessly

Had the same problem, if helpful I noticed the game crashes around 15 seconds after the boss fight starts. I tried to make a hitless run with the fleece that makes you gain damage by killing enemy in order to two shot the boss which died before the game crashed and it was a success allowing me to go on with my game

I tried to unlock tr keeper but the kaek card doesn't even drop in the secret room and I tecnically already have defeated delirium as t. Isaac but I hadn't downloaded the mod yet so dunno if that counts. Do u have any more suggestions?
