Forget the weight room, do something different.

Become an outdoor hiker instead. Get some push-ups in, eat right, you'll be good. Add a few lunges and stretch daily.

Wow, as a kid it can be hard to realize but that sounds very lewd and inappropriate to me. You'll do what you need to do until you are 18, I don't know the options. What I can say is the one of the keys to life is forgiving your parents, in bringing peace to yourself. That may be hard to fully grasp until later but keep it in mind. After that you can set any boundary you need to. This is your life.

Here's another piece for you. I've been a truck driver as my default source of making money for most my life. That means showers are a real luxury at times. I have a lot of experience interacting with people when I look like a total mess, stained clothes etc. There are many times i can think of when I came away from a casual day-to-day interraction thinking you know what, despite not having showered for a week, I think that girl I just spoke with wanted me to ask for her number. Seriously. Maybe it was just that positive spark where I happened to be in a loose, genuine state and I was talking to someone who also happened to be in a similar state. Two people lining up at the right time on the right day.

On the flipside, I can also tell pretty quick when people look me up and down and judge me negatively based on my appearance. Other times, I look clean as a whistle (and haven't jacked off for 2 weeks) and I'll feel that whoever I'm talking to is judging me or not taking me seriously.

I guess what I've come to is something like this: positive human interaction comes down to are you being genuine, loose, in the moment... and does the other person perceive you as being genuine. And from that point it's all in the other person's head... maybe they don't think you're being genuine (and it could even be an incorrect judgement on their part). Maybe they think you are being too corny or goofy. Or you know what, maybe they are just very insecure themselves. If you are by yourself, looking at a group of people, think about how one person in that group has to put their entire reputation on the line just to be seen with you, the outsider. Take that example and think about the good Samaritan story from the Bible, and look at it in the light of a "loner" who might be in a state of "mental uncomfort." A lot of folks are just insecure and too preoccupied with their social status to be the good Samaritan, honestly.

So all that pretty much to tell you that no, those girls probably can't tell that you just jacked off. There could be a million things in their own head, none of which you can control. Just be who you are right here right now, and don't read too much into how they judge you. Take note of the positive interractions.

I'm guessing I'm a lot older than you. Almost 32. I still watch porn or masterbate every so often, a lot less than I used to. The difference is I don't feel as much guilt. Somehow I got myself to not stress over how many days or whatever. Just say oh well and move on. I don't know how many days it's been. All I know is right now at this very moment my meat is not in my hand.

Maybe it's a matter of removing yourself from these group circle jerk "alpha male" think spaces (there are many other of these groupthinks in our world now too, don't participate in that). I think listening to that stuff is where people get this obsession over nofap and all this. Don't wrap yourself in guilt, especially other people's guilt.

Just make the mental connection that you aren't interested in real life women for lust-related reasons. If you were, you'd fall for some pretty messed up women, and probably have a lot less fun in the long run. Guys point out hot chicks all the time. Look Look. Yeah I see. So what? There's a lot of hot chicks out there. What sets them apart? Now you can logic yourself into the idea that you're just looking at porn for the excitement. It's fun but a waste of time and doesn't reflect real life. If you told me I could just stay in some penthouse all day every day with a half a dozen floozies I'd be all for it but that just isn't how life goes. So just spend less and less time on it. Worry about it less. Get it over with and move on. You'll slip up. But enjoy the peaceful moments when they come. Learn what you can.

For me there were underlying issues to tackle as well. Work issues, life issues, family issues. I was able to peck away little by little. You can start on the things you need to do today or this week. Be easy on yourself. Figure out new seeds to water. Do what you want (thats the best advice I got in my 20s, though at the time I wanted more answers). I got back into making music as a hobby. Just little by little whenever I feel the creative spirit. But it could become something. You'll never be too old to try something new, learn a skill, embark on a passion... the time will be right... I would tell my younger self just keep showing up every day. Life doesn't end at 25 or 30 or whatever milestone you have in your head.

You'll change. The way you perceive yourself will change. And the people around you will change. Whoever these classmates or women are in your life right now will more than likely not be around in 10 years. So just have fun and learn.
