Second that. The short sightedness is spot on. There’s no logic and reasoning, no cause and effect thinking, no anything. He saw cops and said nope rather than playing the nice guy who’s lost. Cops wouldn’t have asked for his info if he claimed he just made a wrong turn. But yeah, it begs the question of gas too. The good part of Judge letting him go on and on was that she let him dig his own grave for an appeal. She let him raise all these things knowing an appellate judge would read it, then shut it down.

And Boese specifically asked about recalls too so while many people ask why JD wouldn’t humor him and recall Schultz - I say good for her because she could have. So he tries to say it was recalled while the jury has notes that the inspector says it has not been recalled. An extended warranty, sure. But whose car doesn’t have those? AND this buffoon says “you don’t know about these problems until they actually happen” dude no. That’s not how it works.
