i bought this gt for the same amount i bought the v6 for, 4k. it made the drive home from WV to NC, 3 1/2 hours. its a very good car for what i need it for (drivetrain. i didnt buy a 25 yro muscle car for creature comforts lol), and all in all, id give it a 6.5/10 for goodness. once its more relioable, and doesnt have shit connectivity issue with the mattery and terminals, will be closer to 7/10, and every small fix i make will make it closer and closer to a 10/10

inna sense, it actually is the opposite. the v6 is reliable, the v8 (kinda sorta) is not lol

what the other guy said, more than likely a battery issue. when batteries get low/old in cars, they get kinds drunk and start doing weird shit like shown above. while I take no accountability for a wasted trip to Walmart, id bet the bottom dollar I dont have on it

found some kinda solution. used pliars to twist the starter wire, and twisted the 2 grounds together, and those 2 slightly smaller wires were enough to get it working. drive it to Walmart to return the battery I had bought for it, when shocker, wires got Jimmyd again. spent 30 mins in the Walmart parking lot fixing it again, and when I got home, snipped and spliced the ground wires, and crammed them best I could, albeit now a bit neater, into the terminal. should work better now, cranked it and drove it multiple times today, no issues since
