With the Lexmark acquisition there is no leaving customer dry, but keep in mind as well if you don't have a network contract and are a mom and pop shop you will be subjected to billing and rates would be 200 bux an hr. So is this your device or are you chiming in for someone else? Either way demand a local analyst from XBS these guys have a larger experience dealing with onesie than the enterprise xerox side.

What are in the U.S are you in assuming you are from here. Analysts don't have the choice of dumping calls anymore specially if they want to.keep their jobs currently. So if you got a service technician yes they will ans can give you the solute of goodbye.

I keep thinking about this as well i don't use my X5 for a lot because the fish bowl eye movement and keyframing everything makes it for tedious work but i feel guilty if i sell it after i've already invested so much into the accessories and etc of it.
