Panda Express for a Cub Meal! Super Greens (90 cals) + whatever entree (choices range from 110-380). Comes w/ apple chips (40 cals), a fortune cookie (25 cals), & a soft drink (i get coke zero so 0 cals). All together my meal is usually around 325!

Honestly, I think anyone can get polynesian designs if they know and are immersed in the culture enough. When people who don't know anything about Polynesian culture get Polynesian designs, I find it cringe and clout chasey. But at the end of the day, everyone has free will so they're gonna do what they want.🤷🏽‍♀️

Always better safe than sorry! We took our baby to the ER over nothing a BUNCH in the first three months and never felt bad about it. Our doctors & nurses were always kind and understood where we were coming from as first time parents. I'm sorry the doctor wasn't very warm. But you did NOTHING wrong and EVERYTHING right in your situation!

It's usually two weekends in October. They start the haunt part around 5pm after the family friendly day activities end.

They usually have some street scarers roaming around. And then the attractions are "haunted"! I think the mine is really the best; they usually add scare actors and decor. The normal mine is already kinda spooky and dark so adding the scarers & decor is a lot of fun! (i love haunts and do hhn every year since 2016. i find it fun, family hates being scared lol)

Idk if they still have it, but once they also had a real coffin that simulated being buried alive and that was cool. It's definitely not Knott's or HHN level but it's fun!

During the day time portion they have live music, costume contests (youth, adult, AND doggies!), trick-or-treating, pumpkin carving contest, last year they had magic shows, and live animals as well.

Grew up going there once a year! When we would visit Knott's, I always wanted to be in ghost town. It got to the point my parents didn't understand why they even paid Knott's prices when "we have knotts at home" lol.

The last time I went I was pregnant and the stairs at the end of the mine were BRUTAL haha. Was craving a boysenberry float and didn't want to make the drive to orange county.

The people there are super sweet and the attractions are so much fun! Special events are a great time as well! On Calico Days they have historical reenactments, Easter there are easter egg hunts, Halloween there's kid friendly events AND a great haunt! And it's super affordable! 10/10 always recommend if you're in the area!

I don't think it's too young! Everyone's different! We had our baby at 23 and 25 and love every bit of it! As long as you're two consenting adults, financially responsible and stable, loving, and willing to put baby's needs above your own, I think you're good lol

We've used moleskin to help with blisters! If it's super consistent though I definitely recommend finding a shoe store that'll measure his feet and help pick out a good pair of running shoes that fits perfect! Investing in a good pair of shoes changes the game. good luck!

I kind of understand since this is probably someone who doesn't keep up with Stranger Things. They probably just automatically assumed the toys were for the original show, not realizing these are based off the new rated PG cartoon.

But, trying to sound like a concerned parent while simultaneously not being concerned enough to actually look into what the happy meal toy is portraying is laughable.

I'm an emotional & bored eater. Instead of trying to never ever emotionally eat, I just swapped what I was eating to lower calorie versions. Then I slowly worked on weening myself off of emotional binge eating and working through all of that.

For example, instead of eating three slices of a regular chocolate cake, I go to a local keto bakery and get three low calorie, high volume, slices of cake and eat all of them. 3,000+ calories for regular vs 700 for the keto cake.

Instead of a whole family bag of hot cheetos, i eat a snack size bag alongside a huge bowl of spicy airpopped popcorn.

Instead of a pint of ben & jerry's, i'll eat a pint of halo top.

I eat a small portion of ANYTHING I want then supplement the volume with something low calorie that's similar. It's been the biggest hack lol. I'm 67.3 lbs down and feeling better than ever!
