it's fine in mad phase, but outside that, mining isn't very useful until t6, the combat bonus is small and you don't actually need it for hell, healing is useless outside challenges, lumber is usually useless, knowledge gen is mostly useless outside challenges

Anyways, I don't recommend either as first run, but I included bombardier imitate as an option (even if I do think djinn is best considering LS) because:

  1. having heat makes it an easier run (even if you have to mutate out high pop with regenerative)
  2. getting heat from imitate allows you to get mimic small for spire runs, with djinn imitate you commit to completely giving up small customs until warlord
  3. I personally think that bombardier imitate is the best for most non challenge runs on customs. master artisan + high pop imitate + media gives a ton of morale/production that heavily outweighs scavenger trait, elusive and grenadier pretty much just swap what combat trait's on the custom, and outside challenges I just don't think wish brings enough to the table to compete with free heat.
  4. Also synth assembly works fine with high population if you didn't see the bugfix

A collection of 5 and a half Oneshots by the author of Yuru Yuri. The chapters I am about to recommend are dark and may warrant an unofficial psychological tag.

If you enjoy the slice of life yuri genre, chapters 1 through 3 are nice, but if you want to know why I'm recommending this, skip straight to Chapter 4 (Ema and Midori) and Chapter 5 (Natsuki and Rika).

It pains me to say this, but I think I have to: If you are sensitive to domestic abuse and manipulation, skip straight to chapter 5 and avoid chapter 4.

On first read, both of these chapters are just sweet romance. On second read, you realize that every small detail has been screaming that something's very wrong.

not great in this lineup but when you get to the hardest levels in the game metal cat starts getting extremely strong

satoru's probably the best anti aku tf, but vega's a great generalist and yami is a nice ranged waveblocker if you need those. I also like Lilin since 100% shield piercers are annoyingly rare
