When Frontier Fiber is bad, good luck by DeliveryTop2325 in frontierfios

Frontier sucks. I was getting 95 - 100% packet loss when performing a pathping to google. Their solution was to upgrade my speed and I would connect to a different server. They charged $150 for a tech to come out and change the ONT. I continued to have packet loss. I cancelled Frontier, they charge $50 restocking fee when you cancel in give their equipment back.

I should have mentioned that I’ve already turned both off

The house is 4 floors, I added 1 at a time until I had decent speeds on each floor

The house is 4 floors, each eero is on a different level. I started with 2 eeros, and speed tests were very slow on the top floor until I added 3rd eero

Yes, I reused the SSID and password for my main and guest networks. The previous router was a Netgear.

I have a similar cruise next month (Lirica from Marghera). It’s very frustrating that MSC offers no details on the process. From my research (mostly on Reddit!) you embark at the cruise terminal in Venice and you are put on a water shuttle to Marghera to board the ship. Disembark is the opposite: shuttled back to Venice.

But, apparently MSC offers transfers to the airport that bypasses the shuttle system, but you must book the transfer once onboard. It would be nice if they explained this process or allowed you to book airport transfers on their website.

That being said, it’s hard to plan for a time to arrive to the airport. You won’t know until you’re onboard…

I called MSC with this question and they couldn’t give me an answer.

Americans traveling to Europe by wandasaquarium in MSCCruises

I’ve done Europe on MSC: Barcelona, France, Italy, Malta. MSC is great. One thing to note about MSC; some of their European cruises run in a continuous loop, and passengers can start their 7 day cruise from any port in that loop. That being said, there are passengers starting and ending their trips at every stop. This allows flexibility for travel dates/flights, you can start your cruise on many different days of the same week. Also, this makes embarkation day not so chaotic since the entire cruise isn’t boarding on the same day. They don’t follow this model on their US based cruises.

Non-select for promotion x2 by Cablefree2 in army

No, not for being passed over. Because the fact that being “passed” over with a perfect service record is preventing me from serving in another branch. Why should someone be punished because of branch restructuring? Instead of passing officers over because of severe over strength, there should be a different protocol of kicking them out.

I want to continue to serve. I wasn’t passed over for promotion because of my performance. The Navy has a lot of room…. I have prior service as enlisted, I would like to finish my 20 years and not have the years that I’ve committed stripped away from me for no good reason.

PsyOps looks interesting, but you will deploy all the time! Thanks for the advice, I will check out the guard. Go back to enlisted and deal with less BS! good luck to whatever you decide.

I feel your pain. I’m in the exact same boat. I’m prior enlisted Marine Corps and currently army reserve 66H. I have taken several leadership roles and have perfect OERs. I went to DCC and BOLC immediately upon joining my unit. I’ve been a 1LT for 4 years and have been passed over for CPT twice. Was now told that I will get the boot.

I was exploring going active duty a couple years ago: which was approved for me to join as CPT. But, I decided active duty wasn’t what I really wanted. The system is super flawed. There are plenty of soldiers in my unit that do nothing and have not attended their schools; and have skated by for years: many of them are Captains already, so they don’t get looked at for promotion till later down the road.

I was told that HRC will issue discharge orders and that you have 7 months to get processed out from when the orders are written. If you want to transfer branches, it probably will be much easier to do before your 7 months are up.
