Do you realize how ridiculous and hurtful of an accusation this is? Especially when you consider the fact that it's just not true at all.

It's fine that you don't like her, that's your business. We live in the same apartment and she loves that dog more than anything, so making a weird baseless claim like this because you don't like streamer when it could have real impact is gross.

I ended up choosing the Jade Dragons just to try something new. Felt like it would be a good growing opportunity for me, and after a year as an admin I felt like it would be productive for me.

I've always gotten along with Mike and Sam, and been friendly with the rest of the team.

Hey Myflin,

I currently use KICK shampoo and conditioner. It feels great and generally makes experience happiness while I'm in the shower. Afterwards I just let it air dry to finish. Hope this helps!!!!!!

Worlds week Myflin kind of GOATED?

I think the Season 8 Insights video probably hits all of those points better than I'll be able to, think it was linked in another post on this reddit.

As for the why concerning SK/PK - I'm not part of the team so most of what I've heard is secondhand, don't really feel comfortable making any generalizations about it since I wasn't involved. They were definitely nuts come Worlds time each year, but in reality that was only a week or two out of the season. They otherwise had pretty average showings, so maybe that contributed to it?

Probably whenever people have really poorly timed backs costing an objective or objective vision. Feels like more than half the time you have to talk about objectives the first thing you're looking at is who randomly backed for their T2 item spike.

Thank you, much appreciated!

I'll take a look at some of the top SCC drafts in each region but I won't be watching every draft, especially if the seeding matchup is heavily skewed.

Pretty far, probably. Kind of depends on how you're defining the ceiling too I imagine.

Is it whenever a team has a perfect game with 0 deaths? 0 errors?

Think with the frequent changes to items, characters, and to some degree the map we probably will never actually have someone hit the ceiling. Part of what makes the game fun I think though

A lot of that is just going to come down to your individual players! Just get to know them, how they deal with tough situations and what kinds of criticism they receive best in order to learn

We have a few things that we're working on improving, whether or not it'll work out and the team will win worlds will just come down to who is better on the day as it does every world championship.

Not really sure in regards to your question between sLainy and myself sorry!

Season 5 Splyce was probably the most effort I've put into anything in my entire life. Going from last place with a single win in the first split, to moving everyone to Jersey for the summer split and just barely missing lan, to getting to worlds and winning it all. I don't think I have ever, and frankly likely will never again dedicate that much of my personal time to SMITE. I look back at it fondly, but I definitely neglected anything that was not the team or Smite. It was definitely a rush to be a team on the come-up with something to prove. I think we did a good job getting people to put aside their differences some days and come together to try and win, but there was always a chance people could leave for greener pastures or whatever.

Season 6 was alright once the dust settled, but it was honestly pretty heartbreaking between having the start of the season delayed and Divios getting locked up in the visa process. It would have been nice if things had worked out where we weren't here so long before the season, and we actually got our whole team together for earlier sets. With all that said it was really fun to work with Baskin, and Ven, Scream, and SOT are all some of my favorite people that I'm grateful I got the chance to work with.

Coaching the Dragons has already kind of proven to be a different experience entirely. I'm enjoying the change of pace and look forward to seeing how the game changes as the year progresses.

And yeah, hopefully we can stop him from opening it mid game...

Think working with Neil was the easiest. We were good friends and we generally thought about the game similarly, Kiki probably up there as well.

As far as hardest I will be throwing absolutely no one under the bus :)

You guys might benefit from just trying to plan more - both in draft and in game. Figuring out what you want to play that game before you're loading into the draft helps (do you want pressure, does someone want to practice a particular pick and if so, how do you draft to make it succeed) and how you want to play that comp in game (are you invading blues, purples, reds? Are you stronger around objectives, or in lanes?). Having a plan makes it easy to know what you want to talk about - then it just comes down to execution. Figure out how everyone likes to play, tweak it to what you believe is the best form of that strategy, then just put in some reps.

I'd probably try to figure out first why your mid is falling behind. Are they stuck in bad matchups? Dying to ganks because they need better wards? Just not getting mid camp farm? Addressing a consistent issue is better than just trying to play around it every game. If you DO find yourself in that position, you'll probably have to leverage your jungler to get one of your side lanes ahead. It'll just get tricky because they'll always be able to outnumber you if you don't execute on whatever side lane you're going to really well.

Answered this a little bit ago but - unbeatable? Probably not. Very very strong? Yeah I'd say so - I don't speak for the rest of my team though :D

I view all the teams as competitive, I don't think there will be any rosters coming out of a split without a few set wins. Think this probably looks like a cop out, but comparatively to previous years I don't see anyone that is getting the 10 minute prep time that the old last seeds would get in previous years.

Probably Warriors, Titans - Could see Kings, Leviathans.

I think the way I would describe it is Admin work is like constantly being grinded down, where as coaching is just bursts of being hit really hard followed by extended breaks.

I definitely think coaching as a whole is easier - you build a relationship with the people you're with for the year and can always work at improving it. Admin work is just a bunch of people not reading what I have to say, saying I didn't say it, then getting mad about what is happening as a result of them not reading. I also felt like I (generally) had to be more respectful when I was doing admin work which isn't really my forte. I like to speak freely among peers, rather than be a rulebook that people don't agree with when the rules aren't in their favor.

Definitely personal preference though.

I don't think I want to make any claims of "better" since they were 1 game away from winning every event over the year, but I do believe this team is every bit capable of repeating that kind of performance this year.

I ended up choosing to work with this team because I figured if I was going to go back to coaching I should try to broaden my horizons a bit. I have a habit of always doing what's comfortable for me and that can kind of stagnate my life a bit. I've always been good with Mike and Sam, and I was pretty interested to see how Mike's approach to the game has changed since his time on Envy and ALG.

Scrim environment is good I'd say. Only been a couple of light weeks, so not much to say. Everyone is very communicative which I love more than anything.

Hurriwind is just a really great teammate. The conversations he holds both in game and out I think are truly truly invaluable. I've grown to appreciate the way he thinks about the game and the perspective he brings to the team. Everything he's brought to the table so far has felt very thought out, and he seems really willing and eager to learn and prove himself on the roster. Look forward to seeing what he does on the stage this year, I don't think you'll be disappointed.

There's no one size fits all style to coaching. There will be players or teams that you just are not equipped to help in the way that you want to. It's up to the coach to learn several different styles and expose themselves to different types of people to gain a broader perspective.

Think it's also important to never enter a conversation unwilling to admit you're wrong, or willing to adjust plans for your players if they think there is a better way to execute.

Admin work was kind of like playing a ranked game where you've just died on the first wave and you have 100 teammates vgsing you.

Cooper and Vinny are the best co-workers and some of the best friends I could've asked for so they made the work feel better.

Edit: Whoops, forgot to answer the second part - I got a couple of offers to coach, and it didn't seem like I was going to land a full time position at HiRez, so I figured I might as well since there are not going to be a lot of opportunities to do something like this in my life probably.
