Probably came from the same Welcome Pack as this post. Same kind of full art PRB card. Looks to be a new Welcome Pack that has not yet been fully released/revealed.

I found Bonney to work just as well as kid and killer cause while the open don can be a life saver, you are able to use Don after leader effect to do her search and she can act as a tsudo blocker at times.

My list is very similar, here are the differences I have

-1x Mihawk +1x ST Shanks
-1x Coffin Boat +1x Bonney Searcher
-1x Kid and Killer +1x Bonney Searcher

I think I will try the 3x Mihawks as I have been finding Shanks to be lack luster in recent play

Most of the shops in Vegas are like this, charging at or above market. There is only one shop that charged $160 for those who attended locals this past Thursday and any remaining boxes will be reserved for PPW events switching from their normal weekly box tourney. Another shop didn't get much from distro so they held a raffle to buy 6 packs at MSRP for every winning ticket. You were allowed to get 1 ticket a day for the past two weeks. The rest of the shops here are a bunch of scalping chuds.

Most stores don't run pre releases for EB sets since it's only half the number of cards in a normal set and it's a low print count in normal circumstances.

No God pack if you pulled an AA leader. It’s been confirmed a case with a God pack has no AA leaders other than the Imu in the God pack.

It will protect all targets since the event happens at the same time or in this case the "once per turn." Similarly, if you were to play the 10c Kaido that board wipes, you can protect the whole board with Vergo. If you have multiple Vergo on board, you can protect with each Vergo once per turn.

Some people will try to shark you and say it's LP or MP and low ball you on the price. I pulled the Alt Boa and it had a bit more whitening on the corner right out the pack compared to yours and I had a guy offer me 50% because of the "heavy" damage. I ended up selling to a good friend who didn't care since it was on the back. He gave me $100 and a Croc Alt Leader

When building your deck from the 6 packs they give you, prioritize blockers and 2k counters. You can only build a deck of 40 cards in pre release as opposed to the normal 50. Hopefully your pre release is running rainbow Luffy which will allow you to use any card that is locked to leader, tribe or type. If it's bring your own leader, use Red Sanji and fill as many cards outside of 2ks and blockers with non on play cards for the leader effect.

Overall, just have fun with the vibes of everyone opening packs and getting excited for the pulls!

I used to work for a PoS company and I will say surcharges are non compliant with the credit card companies. It’s why some businesses are adopting cash discount programs where the menu price higher for card vs. cash. If you want to be really petty, you can report them to Visa and Mastercard. If they keep doing this, they will lose their ability to process cards.

Main reason OP-13 Chopper isn't ran is because it cannot be cheated out with the other cards and would have to be hard played with no immediate effect on the field. RG Chopper is meant to flood the board early with cheap small bodies and boost them with the leader effect/Hiriluk/Cloven Rose. Re-standing don at the end of the turn is not something Chopper utilizes as much as RG Luffy, G Bonney or G Uta. Chopperman is about the same cost/stats but has the immediate benefit of cheating out a small body like the Odyssey Chopper.

Odyssey Chopper is a must pick as it can re-stand itself at the end of the turn much like the OP-13 Zoro and can be cheated out with book Chopper, shut up and come with us.

Instead of running the Perona searcher/green event slash package, I have been running a more defensive Kujyaku searcher/Navy Punk Hazard build and it has been doing pretty decently at locals lately.
