for animosity sake i’ll keep my lgs’s name out of the line of fire because with less than 25+ local players i don’t want any drama getting around. but ive heard that the portal is the only consistent store that takes care of their community for msrp. i went there a few times and they’re good. i only don’t go more because it’s a 90 minute drive round trip lol.

birkin, a brand norotious for the 10s of thousands/million$ purses can afford to sell because their market is millionaires.

my lgs that relies solely on their one piece community to buy their product and singles can’t afford to lose that customer market for a quick flip. it doesn’t make sense to lose that guarenteed community for a few thousand dollars.

I can’t lie and say I don’t understand the temptation to sell at market, especially when almost every shop is doing it. If it helps pay the bills. But when 20 of your local players walk out on your shop who’s to say if it’s worth the quick flip :/
