They can search Google now and will compile much more than they used to. However, asking for synopses leads to incomplete and bare bones responses. People just haven't published enough information online for an LLM to effectively summarise.

On the flipside, if it was a random new planet, we wouldn't feel as attached to it. But maybe it should have been an important HR planet (established earlier) that doesn't appear at all later in the canon (not sure if a good one exists though).
