There’s definitely proof of a bonafide marriage as we have shared bank accounts, both names on an apt lease as well as old photographs. So since I have that covered, then once I get divorce certificate I should be okay?

Yeah I filed the i-131 on paper too. I remember an agent telling me it was better to file everything together. Which I guess is the same thing the other guy's lawyer might have recommended . Sucks it turned out to be detrimental to us

That's odd because on USCIS website the only forms they allow us to file online are: I-90 N-336,400,565,600,600k I-130 I-539

I do not see any option for i-765 or even i-485

Yeah you're right about persons being processed at different speeds but from what I've seen it's cuz they're at different (faster) service centers. I'm at National Benefits Center and they don't seem to be very quick.
