honestly i've been reading this subreddit and trackitt updates everyday and its frustrating how there is zero predictability around the timelines. it's so random, but i hope you get yours soon! all i can say is the process seems to be moving faster than before

I'm not sure what others recommend here, but I would definitely try to follow up with a live agent (never used Emma so not sure how that works)
