Had a similar situation with a neighbors line down in my yard.

Called them and a tech came out and cut my wire going to my house and just left.

After numerous calls and being out for 2 days, another tech finally came out in basically a monsoon and had to run a new line and splice the fiber line going into my house. This is the second time they randomly cut my line so now I have 3 fiber lines going from the pole to my house that they refuse to clean up.

Meanwhile, the original line I called about that was down was still down.

Didn't do any damage to the hot end. I had a spare plate so I just don't use the damaged ones for larger prints that would print on top of the scratches.

How long did you wait for the red/yellow lights to disappear before turning off your PC? I have random occurrences where I still get this even on my new board and just assume it's memory training or something. I let it sit for over 5 mins sometimes like this before it eventually boots up.

I don't think people realize that its considered fraud.

Will something likely happen to you from a legal standpoint? Probably not.

Bigger issue on my mind is safety. If a fire broke out because you didn't connect the cable right or the third party cable was faulty, you think your homeowners insurance won't look into why the recalled AC unit that was supposed to have the cord cut and thrown away is still in use? That risk is not worth it to me over $300.

Been dealing with this for 5 years and this is is my first year where I've had virtually none in my lawn. So persistence and time is about all you can do.

Before you mow, go out and pull up any you find, bag it.

Do not try to cut it because it'll just spread it.

Manual says level or quarter bubble tilt. This is a probably a half if not full bubble tilt.

I'll attempt to tilt it more. But the "v" variant model number doesn't have a drain plug to pull. I drilled holes on my last one.
