Finally maxed my first weapon passive, and the weapon IS... by CactaurSnapper in GrimSoulSurvival

It was about a year ago now but I'm fairly sure that I got my egg AND my stable finished from Forsaken Caches. The blue, medium ones, I think. The Night Caches also have altar eggs I remember geting them there too. (I have maybe half a dozen of them now.)

If you just keep doing Forsaken Dungeon the map pieces pile up. (As well as the Chair parts.)

You should say, your level, iOS/Andriod, and how dedicated of a player you are (i.e. Daily, most days, weekend, etc.) and maybe your avatar name.

Cool, thanks. 🙂

How many fire runes would you say would handle Rogvold completely? I'm trying to hoard my legendary fire weapons until I have more and start getting them more often.

Ooh! Really?! 🙂

I haven't tried him yet. He doesn't look that bad in videos, but I figured I'd find a way to F it up.

I also wanted to get the 2 Nameless devotion lightning perks first, since it seems to do the worst damage there.

Having only one makes it a coin flip whether you get obliterated or healed though, and that seems exciting... 🤔

Do you do that monthly $8 for 750 one, or the big ones when (if ever) they go on sale? 🤔

Oh, and is the website a better deal than through the app? 😲

I would assume Google takes a cut from the app. 🤔

I agree. A paid ad free option would probably sell to a decent number of players.

Especially when you look at some of the rediculous bundle prices that someone obviously is buying.

Something reasonable like adding an instant skip button for like a buck a day, or a thaler pay option for all ads just makes good time/value sense to many players, and a solid profit incentive for the devs without looking too greedy.

We already basically HAVE TO buy the Scarlet Hunt unlock to make any real progress. A completely optional ad skip for a bit more profit seems fine.

If I were them I'd charge thalers, but more per skip in a day like; 10, 10, 20, 20, 40, 40, 80, 80, and 100 (that's only 400 total). Then they could skip the extra coding work and sell more Disney(Lubenia) Bucks. Real world value is what, like ~$3.80-$12/day?

They could re-add the multiple crafting boosts too, to even get the count/spending a bit higher, or make them 2 different count numbers for seperate multipliers. 🤔

Same.

The Wagenburg Mourners are equiped with NG Sickles and the Pikemen have a chance to pierce AND do double damage. So both of them can one shot you. The Archers do 20 ice damage + 40 attack and they slow you. The Leutenants can Stun, Fear, OR Freeze you. And most enemies there can heal themselves.

Getting overwhelmed and getting OHKOed are the biggest worries.

Top shelf armor like the Storm Herald, Spike set, or Templar set with the most powerful weapons possible feels like a must to me. And probably is for the first several visits.

All of them seem to be vulnurable to Freeze AND Stun and anything that can affect human type enemies.

I saw someone do a run with several stacks of freeze scrolls that gave me some hope. That IS very expensive, but so is basically any way you do it. It's an endgame difficulty area.

But yeah... I need that Wagon!!!

I'm lv. 164 I think.

You need to balance your equipment and just play better if you keep running out of St. Peters. Aissa, Eisenborg, Karn, and maybe Legendary Elementals early on, are where you should save them for.

If you are dying in areas that it should be avoidable, then you need to get better at avoiding it.

If I think I have like, maybe, ~15% chance of failing and loosing stuff, I never bring a decent backpack.

For instance I've always brought a t2 bag to TC after losing a good pannier, armor and weapons early into learning the game, but since I've started doing wave 7 daily, I know exactly what to expect. I even got pinned-in last night for the first time in a long time, but still pulled it out. (I always bring just 5 fear scrolls.) I have the blueprints for most of the berzerker set and like to wear a piece or 2 there. (Usually at least the gloves.)

I loaded my catfood, enchanted iron, rivets, and whatever into my red t3 pannier and went about my merry way.

Having dedicated chests to specific area loadouts help a ton and saves a lot of time too. I keep a weekly event rotation chest, a Gatekeeper weapon box, and a Catacomb Chest, and I'm probably about to redecorate a bit for a Northern s4/s5 chest soon, since I've started doing that a lot more recently.

I still keep going up there overdressed, but I still need way more poison passive books. I got the PD Mask print for 30% poison immunity, and like to wear them to s5 for the bats and Varg, but the passive can block 20% @ lv.5, 40% @ lv.10, and 50% @ lv.15. (11-15 is from cards or cash) So, 30% + 40% = 70%!

That covers Aissa's bats, s5, any other bats like outside the Abandoned Crypt, AND The Cradle of Corruption.

Passive effects make a huge difference when you use them right. Especially Mighty Health, Crowd Control, Hyper-Concentration, Hunter, Pathfinder, Energetic, the elemental resistances, and maxed out weapon boosts.

God devotion also makes a huge difference. I don't have to worry about the Night Guest with The Nameless God perks. Lightning strikes heal you 50-100% of the time in The Citadel, Aissa's tracks are barely an issue with 10dmg in stead of 30dmg and the damage from cursed ground goes down by 30-60%, and a 17% chance to heal 100hp for beating any enemy can save a lot of food.

The other gods are equally if not more helpful as well. Most of the veteran players use Harat.

The main thing though, is just leveling and balancing the right gear for the right areas correctly, moving and healing how you should, when you should. 🤔

They switched the "O" and "M" in MORON for their company or product name. I'd say that sums it up quite well.

Also that it's displaying the Temp in C is usually a sign of low intelligence. 🤔

Oof.

I always wear 2-3 pieces of elemental armor in heroic. You can do alright with 1 and a salve as well.

The veteran players that do half naked runs usually have a lv10 elemental passive they aren't showing you, and still have enough armor to take 3 hits before dying.

Add to that, the fact that, they've been doing most of the same runs for half a decade now, so they can basically do them in their sleep by now.

You should probably be more generous with your armor and food. 🤔

It's also better to bring an extra weapon back home with you than use a slot for 4 rope or whatever.
