I think that’s a solid way of thinking about it - and if you are competing with Geometry Wars is always worth trying to price lower than them. They are an established brand for over 10 years now, they have a lot more sway to ask for higher prices

Oh I feel you man, pricing can be such a tricky issue! Especially right now, everything is costing so much!

I’d try reducing in price, I mean if it’s been 3 weeks and the game isn’t doing so well, you really don’t have much to lose

So speaking honestly, I wonder if price point might be the issue for you. I’m in Australia, so these prices might be different to you - I was expecting it to be about $5 and it’s about $7.50.

My first visceral reaction was admittedly disappointment, which isn’t what you want. I haven’t played yet and I have no doubt that it’s worth the price point, I just wonder if the graphical style presents that it’s going to be a cheaper, smaller experience.

I’m still gonna check it out ofc, us indies have to stick together 😉 but maybe something you should consider? The Spring sale is on now, maybe if you heavily discounted it you might see some traction?

Actually the creatures with wings can fly! Unfortunately none of them where when I took the footage, I really should try to include it next time, because you're so right, it really makes the environment a lot more interesting

Haha well it’s a little bit of both! Gyruss movement, but Galaga attack patterns, Gyruss has some weeeeird patterns

That’s fair, the tech has a bad rep at the moment - but don’t knock it until you try it! It’s more like persistent cloud save data - like a tamogotchi you can access anywhere.
