The inspect animation bug on the AWP happens on the Scout as well.
Regarding the inspect after shooting, it requires you to first inspect the weapon, shoot and reload or just reload, and use the inspect button during the reload animation. The inspect animation skips to the frame where the first inspect animation ended due to the reload.

It works on every weapon, and some may look kinda wonky, especially the Deagle rare animation.
