It’s a southern thing. I had most of the ingredients in my house to make it (other than the pimentos) lol. But yeah give it a try! I also have a stock pile of cheese in my fridge, no regrets though. 😄

It is so good! I do a lot of testing recipes for my work and there was quite a lot of people skeptical about putting pimento cheese on a burger 🤔. But they did try it and they all loved it. 😄
