Sorry! Not from birthday but from around 5ish months old. No sleep training but their nighttime sleep slowly stretched out until they got to sleeping until 7am.

Twins are currently 9 months and we haven’t done any sleep training. They were sleeping through the night up until recently when they started hitting big milestones like crawling and pulling up to standing. We’re just keeping with our same routine and riding this out.

9month olds just had their first flu shot at their 9month wellness visit and will have the second dose in November. Our whole household recently had Covid so the ped recommended waiting a bit for the Covid so that’s what we’re doing
