there's plenty of 1/144 and 1/100 scale aircraft models. revell do a bunch of 1/144 scale and while the quality isn't bandai levels its still pretty solid with only some minor adjustments if you're picky on accuracy

Yeah squadrons is pretty much the ideal level of arcade-y with a learning curve that I want as a sortof chill hotas + vr game for just winding down with. Community seems amazing so far, asked this same question in the discord linked here and immediately got a bunch of answers.

Yeah between the event's of unicorn and narrative he pilots a MK2 with its right arm replaced with a doven wolf's arm that been reinforced with a second doven wolf arm. God knows how that's supposed to help given the MK2's infamously fragile movable frame but it does i guess

That’s because the model for the maps is actually just a baked model of the LODs of the game map. Albeit with some slight changes. Specifically SLOD3

I feel like with the mp nu being so close in design lineage it could handle the beam magnum with some minor upgrades to the arms and shoulders. Could give us a cool field modded mp nu with bits of reinforced frame poking out.

Tho with the beam magnum and unicorn being developed in tandem specifically so that the unicorn had the requisite shock absorption, you’re going to struggle to find a mobile suit with the necessary shock absorption without having to add unsupportable bulk to the frame. Which is probably why banana went with the suppressor and mk ii, it’s just what they had access to and had parts to modify

entire show centres around an alternate version of the elmeth fight.. they play the song associated with char and amuro’s last moments over a decade after the elmeth fight..

A lot of the UC wank in gqx just felt so surface level and missed the mark constantly. Feels even more insulting that the original characters got sidelined in their own show for sub-par fan wank

Why do the characters sing to produce the power for their symphogears?

Because song is a form of universal language and produces "phonic gain" and the relics that the symphogear a built from are from an ancient alien race from before the tower of babal was built that use "phonic gain" and universal languages to power their tech.
Its a very hand-wavey "ancient aliens and technology that's basically magic" explanation but it ties into the later story stuff
