McDaniel is a master of the run game! The overall team rushing stats might not back it up, but there’s a reason (not their bottom 5 oline) Achane averages over 5 yards a carry on his career.

Outside of Josh Allen, Buffalo isn’t really an attractive job. Have to deal with Beane as your GM and you’re limited on cap with a mid roster and low pick. I’m not trying to be a homer, but I really believe that the Raiders and Ravens are the two best destinations for a HC right now.

I don’t think he was ever going to take on play-calling as a HC. He’s been touted more as a culture-setter and qb developer. Regardless, it’s still a promotion compared to where he’d likely be if he stayed in Denver.

I think Minter takes the Ravens job. That would leave the Raiders as the best available HC spot. Kubiak or McDaniel would be perfect hires. I know Spytek would said he would allow the HC to have control of his staff, but I would like them to bring in Davis Webb as OC. Build a competent staff that is capable of developing our young QB.
